Description: The Digital Cadastral Database (DCDB) is a digital representation of the cadastre of NSW. It is a state wide integrated database and a component of the foundation datasets within the New South Wales (NSW) Spatial Data Infrastructure (SDI). A “cadastre” is an official register of property showing boundaries. The DCDB contains current land titles only. Key types of data include land parcels, strata parcels, Legal Road Casements, Water Bodies, Unidentified parcels, boundaries for Parish / County, Local Government Areas /Suburbs, State and Federal Electoral Districts, State Forests, National Park and Wildlife Reserves, Livestock Health and Pest Authority Districts, Mine subsidence districts, Lands Office Districts and Lands Districts, Local Aboriginal Land Council, Domestic Waterfront Precincts, Miscellaneous Reserves and Major Service Easements (Transmission Lines, Water Supply, Gas etc.). Lot, Road, Unidentified, Water Feature, County, Federel Electoral Division, Land District, Land Office, Live Stock Health Pest Authority District, Local Aboroginal Land Council, Local Government Area, Mines Subsidence District, Miscellaneous Reserve, NPWS Reserves, Parish, State Electoral District, State Forest, Suburb, Easement, Railway Corridor, Road Corridor, Water Feature Corridor and Water mark feature classes are available for downloading with reduced attributes. There is no overall accuracy reported in the database, however accuracy of the individual feature instances of each feature class can be found in the database tables.
